Yes – Evaluate the distribution network and where appropriate apply for a Certificate of Electricity Supply or produce a Electrical Reticulation design.

Yes – Investigate the telecommunications network and determine whether it is appropriate to apply for a Telecommunications Provisioning Confirmation Letter or produce a Telecommunications Pit and Pit design. The Telecommunication Carrier will provide a Telecommunications Provisioning Confirmation Letter on successful installation of Telecommunications Pit and Pipe Network.

Yes – Produce concept plan for electrical reticulation, public lighting and telecommunication pit and pipe network to comply with the Development Application conditions and customer requirements. Obtain preliminary agreement/approval. Produce detailed designs, manage Local Authority Operational Works Approval, manage ENERGEX design lodgement and call quotations from ENERGEX accredited contractors.

Yes – Produce preliminary plan for proposed substation installation and extension. Submit preliminary information to ENERGEX for concept plan and parameters. Prepare detailed design, manage Local Authority Operational Works Approval, manage ENERGEX design lodgement and call quotations from ENERGEX accredited contractors.

Yes – Tender administration services cost extra and are often unnecessary. Contractor variations are normally limited to earthing and unexpected clashes with underground services.

If requested, we will prepare a Contract Specification and Contract Schedule to provide more certainty.

No – Project management services cost extra and project management is not our speciality. ENERGEX actively manages the performance of all accredited contractors, so we believe this activity does not add value.
